“I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and it was so comfortable that I truly felt at home. The room design was smart and well thought out. Housekeeping and service were exceptional. The staff were incredibly polite and always smiling. Although the breakfast didn’t offer a huge variety, the ingredients were of outstanding quality. Special thanks to Özkan, the bartender, he was fantastic. We had no issues with parking; it costs an extra 10 euros per day. Compared to other hotels in Germany, breakfast is included in the room price here, which is a great bonus. After this experience, I think Holiday Inn hotels will be my top choice from now on.”
